      • 1 tbsp olive oil
      • 2 tbsp parmesean cheese, grated
      • 1 tbsp panko bread crumbs
      • 1 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
      • 1/2 tsp paprika
      • 1/2 tsp kosher salt or to taste
